The crew of
Deep Space 9 has been invited to attend the signing of the Cardassian-Bajoran
Peaceful Coexistence Agreement, signed once every five years between the
two races as a symbolic gesture of peace, recognizing their treacherous and
intertwined past. Gul Jittal, chief of arms of the Cardassian army, and Bajoran
First Minister Quriel Sibias will officially ratify the agreement on Cardassia, as the
location alternates between the two worlds. The peacekeeping ceremonies are
held within Garak Stadium which holds 250,000 individuals, at
the center of Marish, a city in the northern hemisphere of about 7.3 million
Cardassians.

Part B

Sim Date: Mar. 21, 2010
The crew of
DS9 were invited to attend the Cardassian-Bajoran Peace Alliance Agreement,
signed once every five years as a symbolic gesture between the two worlds. The
crew were invited by Gul Jittal, head of the Cardassian military who will be
signing the document. The Bajoran representative signing the agreement is
acting First Minister Quriel Sibias of Bajor. The Polaris delegation beamed
down to the planet and were escorted by Gul Jittal's personal assistant, and
were given a luxury box-front and center. Moments before the document was
signed, a large holographic Bajoran appeared, uttering the following: "I am a
representative from the Bajoran resistance movement. You ravaged our world and
thing a peace treaty means everything will be okay! Well I have bad news for
you, the Bajoran people will not stand for it!" As he said this, a large
explosion rocked the stadium, as the building behind the stadium, and pieces of
it began falling. As part one ended, further explosions began to rock the city.
